Rosemary McNamara

In times where there is so much change in the world, I like to keep my interest on the pulse of the local marketplace. My name is Rosemary McNamara, and my goal is to make an easy transition for my clients whether buying or selling a business. With a background in immigration law and bilingual skills in Spanish, I can also help foreign E2 investors use a US business investment as a path to a green card.

I come from a family background of business and real estate. I have been exposed to business at an exceedingly early age, so I know the importance of getting that right fit and opportunity for my clients. I started my education at St. John’s University where I received my B.S. bachelor’s degree, and it was the foundation for me to continue to build on. I decided to go to Adelphi University for a M.A. and then entered the world of business going through the executive training program at Bloomingdale’s Federated Department store. Once I completed, I became an executive in the Federated Department stores in New York City. After my extensive experience of dealing with people from all over the world, I attended Touro College Law School. I also became a licensed real estate agent, notary public and business sales agent.

I believe that my diversified background will give my clients the edge they need in making successful business decisions when planning to acquire or sell an existing business. My dedication and thoroughness will ensure an enjoyable process.
